Programs include: Head Start, Early Head Start, the BRIDGE program, Family Development, Foster Grandparent Program, Emergency utility assistance for low-income families, Home Weatherization services (utility assistance and weatherization both subject to availability of funds and program guidelines); Housing Choice Voucher Program for Cooper, Howard, Moniteau, Callaway, Cole and Osage counties, and ShowMe Healthy Relationships.
